Last year during our trip up Highway 1 we visited Ruby Beach in Washington State in the typical grey that you experience so often in the Pacific Northwest. I loved all the pillars that were built out of the beach rocks. Inspite of the foggy weather, it was a beautiful day on the beach, full of atmosphere.
