WOYWW 123

Hello to "What's on your worktable - Wednesday" that has been going on for more than two years now thanks to the Queen of Snoops, Julia of Stamping Ground.

I'm currently in the Halloween spirit making Halloween cards and starting to decorate the house with Kaefer. She is trying out several of my Halloween fabrics to find inspiration what she wants to be for that fun holiday. We'll be having a Halloween party on the Saturday before since the holiday itself is on a Monday - very inconvenient! Kaefer is also sewing Halloween costumes for her dolls.

These are the cards I made and they are now in my Etsy shop, waiting for buyers.

Geeda is hiding behind one of the cat-lanterns,

watching Kaefer wrapping herself in the Halloween fabric.

She put the purple fabric over a shimmering red one - quite fancy.

Lovely spooky cards for October and very cute kitty. Halloween is not a big thing in OZ we do get a few children asking for lollies but I don't think they have any idea why!!

What a lovely post and what lovely pictures. The cards are great, love Geeda - what unusual markings - and Kaefer is doing a splendid job with that gorgeous material.
Thanks for sharing with us this week. Hugs, Neet #8

Those cards are very elegant - so different from the usual cartoon pumpkin type Halloween cards!! Your daughter is elegant too, she 's obviously inherited your creative genes :) Hugs, LLJ xx

Hi there. Just a quick peek around the door this week as time is definitely not on my side! I did want to visit though. Those halloween cards look great!

Great cards Carola, do love the harlequin pattern. Your desk is a riot of colour and energy, I love the look of it. And how like an uninhibited girly to pair two clashing colours together and make it look great!

You have one of a few pictures at the top of your blog that always makes me sigh and smile :) We are having Halloween party to, probably on the Saturday. It will be a first (but then we Brits are lousy at celebrating All Hallows Eve)

Tolle Halloweenkarten hast du gestaltet, gefallen mir sehr gut. Und das Katzenfoto ist ja wohl der Hit, sie hat ein so interessantes Gesicht. Das Halloweentuch deiner Tochter sieht klasse aus.

Love these Halloween cards on your desk. I love this period of the year with all these explosive colours.
The backgrounds on my blog I've made by stamping with plastic bags and Distress Ink (3 colours +Stazon) After that I sponge the background with 2 colours to blend all the patterns together. The last part is stamping with Stazon. Hope you enjoy this experiment as much as I did.
