WOYWW 104 - The Anniversary

Hello WOYWWers, so this is it! The long awaited and anticipated second anniversary of  WOYWW, What's on your workdesk Wednesday, hosted every week by the lovely Julia over at Stamping Ground. Yes, indeed, this has been going on for two years now and there are quite a lot of creative people who have joined in, and every Wednesday promises a fun journey around the globe.


I'm working on my art journal again. Recently I've been turning to it again and again for a very simple reason - I'm currently taking Christy Tomlinson's "She Had Three Hearts" art journal class, and just like her "The She Art Workshop" did, this class inspires me a lot. Whenever I watch Christy's really good and fun videos I feel my fingers itching, ready to mess around in my art journal. For a pretty long time I was a bit stuck, but now I am full of ideas. It feels darn good.

So - my PiF is ready to get mailed to the next participant on the list whose name has a * - I really love this idea and I enjoyed creating my PiF with WOYWW on my mind. Happy special WOYWW everybody!

    I keep wanting to do an art journal when I see them on poeples' desks... but something holds me back... maybe I should take a look at the class you are doing!!

    I just went to my very first art journalling class recently and loved it! Never thought it'd be my thing but it's great to try something different.

    I love it when I suddenly have a good idea or two, or when I find something that inspires me. I too, want to jump straight in and get on with it.

    It would have been so nice to to have been able to work on just one browser on our 2nd anniversary. However, I needed to use two just so I could see your photos today. Well worth doing, though. Your journal looks as if it is developing beautifully. Happy anniversary.

    Art Journals are so interesting but I seem to start them and never do much in them. Maybe my sketchbook is serving the same purpose although no "journaling" goes on in it.

    Brill journal page. I am also taking the she had three hearts class but only just starting as i had the end of year accounts to do!!!! I have only managed to start watching her videos yesterday and they are so fun she really is fantastic. I have never journaled before but always enjoyed looking at others. Happy 2nd woyww. Kezzy x
