Skywatch Friday: Sunset


During my thirties I lived in a small appartment almost on top of Schloßberg (castle hill) in the southwestern German town of Tübingen. The biggest window was facing west as was my terrace, and from there I often witnessed the most beautiful sunsets. I loved living there for this gorgeous view alone.

    The top cloud has the most peculiar texture! But I love the colours!!

    How ironic. While I lived in Montreux, CH I got to see beautiful sunsets every night as well. It was by far the most beautiful place I've ever lived in the world. I can completely see why you enjoyed where you lived! Oh the memories... :)
